Welcome to Berkeley City College Financial Aid Office!
Our financial aid forms are available for download. You have the option to fill out the forms online, then print or save them as PDFs. Once completed, you can return the filled-out forms along with any supporting documentation to the Financial Aid office counter. Alternatively, you may use our document upload tool to submit your forms electronically- BCC Financial Aid Forms Upload Tool. You will need to log into your Peralta Student Portal first, to access the Forms Upload Tool.

Berkeley City College offers financial assistance to help you meet the basic cost of your education if you qualify. Education costs include tuition and fees, books and supplies, personal expenses, transportation, and living costs (room and board, medical, child care, etc.)
When will the 2024-2025 FAFSA Open?
In the past, the FAFSA opened annually on October 1. This year, the 2024-2025 FAFSA opened in December 2023 . Because the FAFSA is required for some grant and scholarship programs, keeping track of deadlines established by colleges and other grant and scholarship providers will be important.
