Mental Health Support
We provide short-term, confidential mental health counseling for students needing assistance with:
- Stress management
- Anxiety, depression, grief, and other emotional challenges
- Recovery from trauma, relationship violence, and abuse
- Addiction counseling and sobriety support
- Referrals for help with material needs like shelter, food, and safety
- Assessments for disability accommodations and services
Counseling is available in two formats: remotely (via video appointment) and in-person (at the Wellness Center, 2000 Center St Suite 100 next to K’s Coffee Shop). Services are provided by the members of our Mental Health Team. Mental Health Services are available virtually and in person to students who are currently enrolled and have paid the health services fee.
