Overview

The Philosophy Associate in Arts for Transfer degree prepares students to transfer to a California State University as a philosophy major. It does this in two ways. First, it introduces students to the main questions within the major branches of philosophy, including metaphysics, epistemology, political theory, aesthetics, ethics, and logic. Second, it develops the critical thinking skills necessary for tackling those philosophical questions.
